Corene Hellander is the best Real Estate Agent in the Denver metro area! Corene sold our home within 2 days and got us $5K more than our asking price. On the purchase of our new home, she negotiated $10K off the asking price which is ridiculous considering it is a seller's market! Corene was professional and responsive.
